1931 Model A Phaeton

I was lucky and found this in Anaheim, CA probably 10 years ago and grabbed it before others could. Seller told me he had two calls within hours of my making a deal with him at a very attractive price. Car was restored in the early 80’s by sellers mom and dad and it was a stunning job.

Ford only made 2200 of this model as he was trying to compete with Chevrolet as they were selling more cars due to Chevys being fancier etc. They made this car a two door convertible, lowered the top, and added side mounts, running lights etc. The proportions of the car are very nice and I can’t drive it anywhere without people admiring it and asking about it. They are the highest priced Model A’s in the market place if they have been restored.
