Thank you for your interest in the Fort Worth Model “A” Club.

MEMBERSHIP:
Membership includes spouse and children at home and/or in college. Membership does not require the actual possession of a Model “A”, but merely an interest in the Club’s objectives, and a desire to take an active part in Club activities.

Note: You must be a member of either MAFCA or the Model A Ford Foundation to join the Fort Worth Model “A” Club.

The completed form can be mailed to Fort Worth Model “A”. Or, you may bring payment and application to the next meeting.
