Reminder we meet the THIRD SUNDAY of the month, as we had for many years our new location at the Fort Worth Firefighters Local 440 Building just a few blocks away from the Girls Choir. Meeting hall can seat 300, tables available, and the hall has audio/visual equipment.
The club has monthly meetings every month on the third Sunday of the month. The club meetings are a mix of Social Gathering, Club News and Information, Each month we have a program that often include special guest speakers or little known information about the beloved Model A. Come join us for one of our meetings as our guest.
Tire kickin/sign in at 2:00 PM and meeting begins at 2:30PM.
At the suggestion of George Maddox, the program this month will be Accessories available for your new Model ‘A’. Back in 1928 -1931. Many accessories were made available by Ford and sepa- rate companies anxious to take advantage of the popularity of the Model A since five million ‘A’s were made and sold.
Members are encouraged to share their knowledge and bring their accessories to the meeting.
Don’t forget the board meeting are open to any and all. So if you have ever been curious about what it takes to be a leader our club, you’re welcome to join us. We meet at 1:30 prior to the monthly meeting.
PARKING: Parking spaces available at the building are 30-35 vehicles and if more parking spaces are needed one can park on Frederick St, the side street intersecting Crestline Road, on the south side of the hall. Also, one can park in the Frost Bank lot about 50-75 yards west of the meet-ing hall where Crestline Rd. and Tulsa Way intersect. Parking is restricted on both Crestline Road and Tulsa Way due to keeping Dickies Arena attendees from parking in the neighbor-hood. Watch for signs saying No Parking Without Permit.
